Get Life OS

Getting started

Life OS runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later, and on Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later.

1. Sign in

Open Life OS and sign in with Apple. That is your account for every ELO AI app, including ELO Connect.

2. Meet your ELO

Swipe through the twelve ELOs and pick one. Name it anything you like; it answers to that name and speaks in a voice made for it. You can change the look, the outfit and the name later in the ELO's profile.

3. Say what you want

Choose your goals (sleep better, get fitter, eat better, calmer days) and how you eat. Life OS sets targets from them, and you can change any of them later.

4. Allow what you want to allow

Life OS asks for each permission when it first needs it, and says why: Health for sleep and activity, notifications for reminders and the alarm, the calendar for your day, location only for places. Nothing is required; each one you allow makes one part of the app work.

5. Put it on your Watch and Home Screen

The Watch app installs with Life OS. Add a widget or two from the Home Screen, and a Lock Screen widget for your day. See widgets.

Where things are

  • Home: today at a glance, what your ELO noticed, and today's list.
  • Your ELO: the chat. The buttons along the top open ELO Connect, your goals and ideas; the menu has files, calls and settings.
  • Nutrition, Fitness, Sleep: the Spaces. More are a tap away from Home.
  • Me: your scores, your numbers, and Settings.
  • The + button: log anything, anywhere: a meal, a drink, a workout, a note.
