Calls and voice

Calling your ELO

• In the app: tap the phone button in the chat, then Call.
• From Contacts: on the Calls page, tap Add to Contacts. Your ELO is then a contact like anyone else.
• With Siri: "Hey Siri, call Sky" (use your ELO's name).

When it calls you

For something that matters (a clash, a routine you asked to hear, a reminder you chose to be called about), your ELO can call you. It rings like a normal call on your lock screen. Turn calls on or off in Settings, in the section with your ELO's name.

Video

Switch the camera on during a call to show your ELO what you are looking at. It sees a picture now and then, not a recording.

Call history

Every call is saved on the Calls page: when, how long, a subject, the whole transcript, what your ELO did during the call and what it saw. Calls are not mixed into the chat.

Voice mode

Voice mode is the chat, hands free, inside the app. Tap the wave button next to the message field. Its voice is made on your iPhone.
