Life OS, your ELO and ELO Connect, one page at a time.

Getting started

Life OS runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later, and on Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later.

Your account

Sign in with Apple in Life OS and in ELO Connect with the same Apple account and you are the same person in both. Your ELO, your profile and your settings come with you. Life OS is the source of truth: change your ELO's name or look there and ELO Connect follows.

Learn more

Your ELO

Your ELO is the AI at the heart of Life OS. It knows every number in the app, keeps a shift of its own, and does things for you, not just answers.

Learn more

Calls and voice

For something that matters (a clash, a routine you asked to hear, a reminder you chose to be called about), your ELO can call you. It rings like a normal call on your lock screen. Turn calls on or off in Settings, in the section with your ELO's name.

Learn more

Routines

A routine is a job your ELO does on a schedule and sends you the result.

The Spaces

Each part of your life has a Space. They share one set of data, so each reads the others.

Learn more

Apple Watch

The Watch app installs with Life OS. It shows one list: your readiness, today's list, water, and your ELO.

Widgets and Lock Screen

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Life OS. There are widgets for your scores, today's list, water, and your ELO's status.

Learn more

The alarm

Life OS has an alarm you cannot sleep through. When it rings it keeps coming back until you are up.

Using ELO Connect

ELO Connect is the feed for learning, growth and connection. Open it from the feed button at the top of the chat in Life OS, or in the ELO Connect app.

Learn more

Your data and privacy

Your health records, meals, sleep, workouts, journal and chats are stored on your iPhone. Health data is not synced to iCloud.

Pro and the free trial

Everyone starts with 7 days of Pro, with no card. After that you keep the free version, or subscribe to Pro for $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year.

Learn more

The developer API

Life OS has a read-only REST API over your own data, for your own projects. Turn it on in Settings, Your data, Developer API, choose what it may read, and create a key.

Troubleshooting

Check Settings, Health, and that Life OS may read Sleep, Heart Rate and Activity in the Health app (Sharing, Apps, Life OS). Wear your Watch to bed.
